Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and InboxVac ("we", "us") governing your use of the InboxVac mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This is also the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App. Where the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement additionally applies; if there is any conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs for App Store downloads.

1. Acceptance

You must agree to these Terms to use the App. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the App.

2. What InboxVac does

InboxVac connects to your Gmail account, with your explicit Google permission, to analyze and help you clean your inbox. It counts and categorizes emails and lets you move selected emails to Gmail Trash. We do not automatically delete anything, we move emails to Trash only (not permanent deletion), and we store only aggregate counts and job metadata.

3. Your responsibility for cleanups

You are responsible for the emails you select and confirm for cleanup. Emails moved to Trash remain recoverable from Gmail Trash (typically for 30 days) until Gmail permanently removes them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of email or data resulting from cleanups you confirm.

4. Subscriptions & payments

• InboxVac offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Payments are processed by Apple or Google (optionally via RevenueCat); we do not receive your payment card details.

5. Gmail and Google API use

InboxVac requests read access (to analyze your inbox) and modify access (to move emails to Trash). InboxVac's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your email data and do not use your email content for advertising.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the App only on devices and Google accounts you own or are authorized to use, and in compliance with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the App or its servers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that all relevant emails will be identified, or that storage estimates are exact.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD $50 if you paid nothing).

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and disconnect Gmail or delete your data in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
